Oshawa’s Bright and Merry Market is a collaborative event with the City of Oshawa, Downtown Oshawa BIA, Oshawa Public Libraries, The Robert McLaughlin Gallery, Oshawa Senior Citizens Centres John Street Branch , Simcoe Street United Church and St. George’s Memorial Church.
